I am the Operations Manager of a travel agency and we have been booking BASE for our client exclusively for over 16 years, in the 16 years, we had one very minor complaint which was resolved immediately. Their cars are always on time and clean, we had one time that we were traveling to O’Hare in the middle of January and the car made it to us and got us there in time even in the middle of a snowstorm. I firmly believe that most other car services would have given up and not even gotten to our house.
